Verifying your account

Account verification is important to ensure that you receive the offers that are intended for your region, unlocks additional functionality for your account and helps prevent your account from being flagged by our systems.

Acceptable documents

We require the following documents to verify your account:

1. A Proof-of-address document in the form of a municipal or utility bill issued within the last three months of submission.
2. An original image of your government-issued proof-of-identity document or passport, clearly taken and not copied, depicting you.
3. A selfie image of yourself.

Verification process

The verification process is automatic. The information you submit is removed immediately after it has been processed, and we store no submission documents.

Why do I have to verify my account?

We require account verification to prevent abuse and fraud on our system. Verifying your account also allows you fully unlock all features, games, and withdrawal methods on your account.
